Energy Audits

Energy audits An Energy Audit from Eco Elite is a study of your business and the energy it consumes.

Once we have a detailed report and understanding of your business we will show you areas that will not only reduce your energy consumption, they will save you money.

Energy Procurement

Energy procurement services Eco Elite understands all aspects of the energy market and how a business can achieve true long-term savings, sometimes in the region of 15%. Elite will work with you to demonstrate large savings in your energy consumption, with sensible payback times. Our partnerships with all major suppliers will offer further savings, making sure you achieve the best market price.

Bill Validation

Eco Elite offers a bill validation service. We will check your energy bills and charges to make sure that they are Contract Compliant.

We will also make sure that all other aspects of your billing charges are correct, and that your suppliers are not overcharging or charging for more capacity that is actually needed.

Smart Metering (web Based)

A Smart Meter is an absolute must in the drive to reduce your energy consumption. A Smart Meter transfers half-hourly data direct to your supplier and with this information data can be calculated that can be shown to you in a web format. Eco Elite work with several key suppliers to make sure our clients achieve value for money through an informed choice.

EPC’s (both commercial and residential ) & DEC’s

Energy Certificates appropriate the energy performance of buildings. There are two types, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Display Energy Certificates (DEC). EPCs and DECs are required by law from 1st October 2009 in England and Wales and from January 2010 in Scotland.

SAP/SBEM Calculations

To comply with building regulations part L1A you must have SAP calculations carried out on residential construction projects. The SAP calculations will produce a SAP report for your individual project.

Code for Sustainable Homes

Code for sustainable homes Eco Elite have experience of producing large volumes of code assessments for a range of high profile clients. We understand that our clients want each site to be assessed on its own individual merits and with no generic advice given, so this is the service that we provide.

BREEAM

BREEAM The Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) was launched in 2009 and Government supported as the benchmark to measure the Environmental performance of buildings.

Our Energy managers and qualified BREEAM managers are here to keep your organisation up-to-date with your individual project.

Photovoltaic solar panels

Photovoltaic solar panels Eco Elite see the Photovoltaic (PV) market as one of the most important tools in reducing carbon emissions and for companies to show true savings in their energy consumption.

Eco Elite have a great understanding of the PV market. We work with manufactures and installers, both of which must be MCS certified.

CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme

Eco Elite provide guidance and a full compliance service for CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme including set-up and registration, data collection and monitoring of emissions and advice on carbon reduction and energy efficiency strategies.
