Interflush water saving device

InterFlush™ Water Saving Device

Each person in the UK uses around 150 litres of water per day, up to 60 litres of this is used flushing toilets.

Using this fantastic award-winning product you can save over half the normal amount used.

The great thing about this product is your payback time is less than 2 months. The product costs less than £15 per unit.

Winner of a DTI SMART award, the Interflush™ is a retrofit kit, to convert standard, single flushing WC siphons (no control over volume flushed) to interruptible flushing siphons (full control over volume flushed). The patented kit is designed to be user friendly in its operation, low cost, easy to install and applicable to the maximum number of different siphon and cistern designs with front mounted handles.

A siphon stops flushing when air is allowed to enter it. All the Interflush™ does is introduce an air valve on top of the siphon which is closed when the flush handle is down (to allow flushing), and open when the flush handle is up (flushing stopped).

Thomas Crapper brought us "press and let go". The Interflush™ improves on this with a massive 47% water saving by introducing "press, hold down and let go" all still in one hand operation. To operate, simply press, hold down until pan is clear, let go to stop the flush. Nothing could be simpler.

The Interflush™ is the only device with a guaranteed trailing volume, elliminating blocked lines, associated with other devices. Cistern capacity can now be set at maximum, eliminating double-flushing.

Will Interflush fit my toilet?
The Interflush is designed to convert single flushing, plastic WC siphons to interruptible flushing on toilets with FRONT mounted HANDLES. It needs about 20mm of space between the siphon and the underside of the cistern lid. (Not for cisterns with side handles, chain pulls or push buttons.)

What tools do I require?
All that is required is a cordless drill and a pair of side cutters, pliers or similar (not a knife). A No. 0 Posidrive screwdriver, 4mm and 8mm drill bits are provided with the kit.

Is it easy to fit or do I need a Plumber?
If you consider yourself to be a competent person, you should be able to fit your Interflush™ in less than half an hour.

Will it fit my toilet?
The Interflush™ is designed to fit plastic siphons in cisterns with front mounted handles on either the left or right.

Do I need to turn the water off?
No. All you need to do is remove the cistern lid.

Is it hygienic, does it clear the pan?
Yes. Simply hold down the handle until the pan is clear.

Is it guaranteed?
Yes. Unlike most products in today's throw away society the Interflush™ is designed to last a lifetime. If, at ANY time, a part should fail, simply return for a free replacement.
