• An estate-wide overview - down to site level zones and equipment – showing status and efficiency level for a centralised 24/7 monitoring help desk
• Centrally set parameters including; adjustment of time schedules, smart controls, optimum start/stop, temperature limitation, seasonal shutdown
• An alarm and fault reporting capability, indicating failures or out of limits, with screen flags and notification by email and SMS text 

• Historical status and performance data to help
  identify trends and assist in setting up appropriate
  maintenance regimes
• Ability to seamlessly add sites, equipment and
  control technology – expandable monitoring and
  control connections to, eg. BMS, lighting, lifts,
  fridges/freezers, kitchens/bars, keypads, access,
  footfall, UPS, fire and security alarm systems
